  • A full complement of independent high-speed SMT assembly stations, utilising speed loaders for fast change over and in excess of 300 component feeder positions
  • Each placement station has its own solder paste screen printer capability with automated inspection and verification system
  • Zone forced air convection reflow systems
  • Conventional assembly using a number of semi-automated systems, providing a cut and clinch option if required. Flow soldering and hand soldering can be provided with either clean or no-clean options.
  • A wide range of test platforms and equipment providing a full complement of In-circuit and functional test solutions using our in-house test engineering team. Virtual testing and simulation can be provided using National Instruments LabView
  • A core test skill is in the area of RF technology, and accordingly herald electronics has vast experience in providing test solutions in this field.
  • Soak testing and stress screening of product can be offered including vibration testing and elevated temperature testing from -100 to +200 degrees centigrade using HALT & HASS techniques.
